Classes of Criminal Courts
प्रत्येक राज्य में उच्च न्यायालयों और इस संहिता के अलावा किसी भी कानून के अंतर्गत स्थापित न्यायालयों के अतिरिक्त निम्नलिखित प्रकार के आपराधिक न्यायालय होंगे
(i) Courts of Session
(ii) Judicial Magistrates of the first class
(iii) Judicial Magistrates of the second class
(iv) Executive Magistrates
